They got one star only because I couldn't give them a minus rating. I bought a full price sandal which didn't fit and when I tried to return it, the website refuses the return, only an exchange or another pair of shoes. Ridiculous. This company is not honest and they won't respond to emails and there is no phone number to reach customer service. I highly recommend staying away from Jack Rogers because you will just frustrate yourself in trying to deal with them.
Can anyone help me with a number for their customer service?? I can't find one....And after reading some of these reviews, I am already upset that I purchased a pair as a graduation gift for my niece!!!!
I finished my order yesterday before I entered "Spring25%". I am hoping they will refund my CC for the difference....
Terrible company , took my money and never sent me my coat. Absolutely terrible, give me my money back
I splurged on a pair of the jacks flat sandals in black I wore them maybe 5 times and lost 1 heel and the other foots sole cracked. Since I assumed this pair is faulty I contacted customer service and got the most horrible experience. Lorena answered that she was really sorry but could not help me. So they take your money but don’t back up their products.
I have practically begged customer service to help me return shoes that are the wrong size.
At first, I asked for a refund and credit my card and I would order again. Unfortunately that did not happen. It’s really sad to see where customer service is as of today. In my time the job of customer service was to quickly and professionally satisfy a customer right or wrong. Even after calling Madison Ave. store and speaking to Lorena I I still have two pairs of shoes that I cannot wear because of wrong size. How does this benefit a company for future sales? I would have reordered from them. Unfortunately they did not offer me the opportunity. The door has been closed for me to ever order again. Having said that, Lorena offered to correct the size on the items with no refund. I sincerely hope this happens. Otherwise the shoes are worthless. Anyone that orders from this company needs to read carefully the return and refund policy. My situation has been going on for weeks and still not resolved. You do not want to deal with customer service which is apparently Madison Ave. store. NY.
Refunds and returns can benefit a company or not.
Same experience as the other reviewers with quality and virtually non-existent customer service. They give you thirty days from placement of the order to return/ quite sneaky/ but then delay responding to your inquiries. Do not buy this brand anymore. I’m spreading the word to save others the hassle. There’s no pride in product anymore; it’s all about making a buck.
About a year ago I bought a pair of their classic jacks. I was so excited to receive them, as they were a pair of sandals I had saved for and certainly splurged on, as the price tag was well over a hundred dollars, even on sale. When I got them, all seemed to be good. However, after just a week of casual wearing they started falling apart at the seams. The heel had begun to come off on BOTH shoes, and the sole was separating from both shoes as well. It took just one more wear before the shoes COMPLETELY fell apart and were just unwearable. I've never had a shoe with such bad quality, and I have no idea what happened, considering jack rogers is usually known for their quality. I reached out to customer service (which was difficult to even track down in the first place, and I'm now unable to find anywhere). I also attached multiple photos of the shoes to my emails. After SEVERAL attempts to email, call, etc. I finally received a brief response saying that they could refund me the sale amount, or replace the shoe. Since that style was completely sold out at this point, they told me they could send me another style, so I told them my choice (same price point) and size/color, etc. They said this new pair would get to me within a few weeks. I've since waited, and heard or received nothing. I've since tried to reach out numerous times and have been ignored. This has been almost a year now. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had -- I don't know what has happened to this company, but it has gone completely downhill. The shoes are no longer quality at ALL, and the customer service is just completely gone. They will continue to take your money and give no care to the customer. They've lost all my support at this point, and I'm no longer recommending the brand to my friends and family -- in fact, I've warned everyone. Extremely disappointing. Do not waste your money.
Jack Rogers is one of the worst companies I’ve ever had to deal with. Their customer service, where Is it. they are not helpful nor attentive to your needs they are the worst company the worst customer service. as far as the shoes they are better than the customer service. They texted saying the Address somehow got messed up in their system However, instead of Explaining the problem they were rude. And needless to say even though I paid for delivery they won’t even refund it, that’s all I was asking for. over a month to get a pair of shoes that I still to this day have not received I should get the sale price because now they’re on sale. Jack Rogers does not care about their customers they only care about their pocketbooks their customer service team might as will be nonexistentAnd their shoes not that great. Before you buy from Jack Rogers truly investigate. The way they’re doing it now you have to send them an email and they tell you in the email ...if you email them more than once they will put you to the bottom of the pile ! how is that for customer service. Do you self a favor avoid jack Rogers

I highly doubt that they are a legitimate company. I think they set up multiple companies with similar products under different names. Any emails regarding the order are completely illegible so there is no way to find out anything about your order.
